The atmosphere was very pleasant. As the examination was being done it was explained step by step. And when we finished all of my options were shown to me so I knew what would be best for me.

Anabelle was very helpful to me. I had a question about an email I received from Bank of America concerning my replacement credit card. I wanted confirmation that the email was legitimate. She assured me that it was. Anabelle was very personable.

The woman at the front desk was efficient and pleasant. Dana, the test giver, was informative and personable. She addressed my issues and I feel confident in her assessment. The office is clean and bright. If you are in need of their services, I highly recommend this office.
